After putting Jadyn down for the night, Jace and I went through the house to clean all the messes from the day. They're inevitable with a child. And you can huff and puff about them (as I often do*cough* ), or you can look at them as a sweet little reminder of how much fun you had today.
The books we read
The toys we played with
The clothes we went through
The food we ate
And didn't eat
And the music we mad together on the piano.
Sure...it was a messy day, but I have a whole lot
of proof that today was a very fun day. I enjoyed
every single mess we made together.
